How we work

After making initial contact with us to explain your project, we will offer a Free Initial Consultation if we can provide a solution. We will propose a roadmap for completing your project after assessing your project details. For small projects, we may provide an initial estimate and bill hourly for our services. Larger projects require formal software project management, which we will outline in our proposal.

Free Initial Consultation

We provide a free 2-hour onsite consultation for new clients in New York City. This is a great opportunity for us to introduce ourselves and go over the details of your project. For clients outside of New York City, we offer two hours of free consulting time via phone and e-mail.

Fees

Our services are charged on an either hourly or flat fee basis. The nature of the project is a significant determining factor. Our fees are available upon request. We offer discounted rates for large projects or long-term contracts. We also offer retainer agreements with significant discounts to clients with ongoing needs.

Travel

We do not charge for travel within the five boroughs of New York City. Our two-hour minimum covers local travel.

Beyond New York City, travel by car is billed per mile. Overnight and air travel is reimbursed on the basis of actual cost. Overnight travel incurs a four-hour minimum per diem.
