We are adept at transforming data programatically. This is a task that comes up frequently when we develop custom database applications. Clients need to convert data from legacy systems, or import from third-party applications, or clean up data that was collected poorly (such as from a non-database solutions like Excel).

Data Migration

Converting data from one system to another is often a daunting task that requires deep knowledge of both applications. Ideally, both systems have a well-documented API that makes our job easier. But we can go in and reverse engineer whatever you're up against.

Migration might be a one-time event, or it might be a data bridge between two applications that needs to run often to keep records in sync. There are plenty of ways to accomplish this, depending on the situation. We'll solve it!

Data Cleanup

Small data cleanup tasks can usually be handled manually by end users. However, when thousands or millions of records need attention, it cost and time effective to automate the process as much as possible.

A typical strategy is, after careful study of the data, to write a script or application to process most or all of the data exceptions. Where full automation is impossible (sometimes it takes a knowledgeable human eye), we'll build you a simple interface to sort through the remainder in an expedited manner.
